CONSILIO is a design company that has been contributing to the development of Moscow's urban environment and infrastructure since 2017. Our work covers public realm improvement, street reconstruction with changes to traffic flows, landscape architecture, engineering structures and utilities. With our team's involvement, more than 100 streets in Moscow have been reconstructed.

Our completed projects include the Trekhgornaya Manufactory area, the reconstruction of the park complex at Poklonnaya Gora, the Triumphal Arch area, the grounds around VTB Arena, the Belorussky railway station area, the Morozov Children's Hospital grounds and other major city sites.

We are strengthening our traffic management practice and looking for a traffic management design engineer ready to work on projects that shape the city.

Office-based position, not remote.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze initial data and conduct on-site surveys;
• Prepare the Traffic Management section (PODD) for both the construction and operation periods: traffic management schemes, road sign and marking layouts, and placement of traffic control devices;
• Coordinate traffic management design decisions with adjacent project disciplines;
• Calculate work quantities and prepare specifications for traffic control devices;
• Coordinate the section with stakeholders and approving authorities, including the Moscow Department of Transport, GKU TsODD, GUP Mosgortrans and GKU Organizator Perevozok;
• Travel to sites for field surveys and author supervision.

Requirements

Required:

• At least 1 year of design experience (Traffic Management / PODD section);
• Higher specialized education;
• Confident AutoCAD skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory documentation on traffic management, including GOST, ODM and related standards;
• Ability to justify and defend design decisions before approving authorities.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing the ASUDD section or its individual elements;
• Independent experience coordinating traffic management projects with the Department of Transport and its subordinate organizations (GKU TsODD, GUP Mosgortrans, GKU Organizator Perevozok).

Monthly salary from 90,000 to 150,000 ₽ net. The final amount depends on experience and the technical interview results.
