Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, the personal data subject, acting freely, of my own will, and in my own interest, confirming my legal capacity, hereby consent to the processing of my personal data provided by me through the website consilio.msk.ru in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Website.

Personal data may include: name/full name (if provided), phone number, email address, message text, links, as well as files and the information contained in uploaded files (resume, portfolio, technical briefs, and other documents). Technical data necessary for the operation and security of the Website may also be processed (IP address, cookies/identifiers, browser and device information, form submission date and time, and server log data).

• assessing my suitability for the relevant role;
• forming a talent reserve where necessary.

This consent remains valid for 1 (one) year from the date it is given or until the processing purposes are achieved, whichever occurs first, unless a different period is required by law.

3) Withdrawal of Consent

I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a notice to: info@consilio.msk.ru.

The notice should preferably include my full name (or name), the email address and/or phone number used when submitting the form, and the phrase “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.”

After the withdrawal is received, processing of my personal data will cease and the personal data will be deleted or destroyed unless there are other lawful grounds for continued processing.

4) Confirmation

By giving consent (checking the box on the Website), I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy and understand the purposes, scope, and methods of processing my personal data.
