In 2019, comprehensive courtyard and site works were carried out in the inner courtyard and adjacent grounds of the federally protected cultural heritage site known as the A.S. Trubetskoy-Bove House. The project focused on preserving the site's historic environment while adapting it for contemporary use, with due regard for heritage protection.

The A.S. Trubetskoy-Bove House is a vivid example of a Moscow urban estate of the seventeenth through nineteenth centuries, combining elements of Old Russian architecture, Baroque, and Classicism. The building is associated with notable historical figures.

Within the scope of the works, paving and site elements were restored, creating a functionally organized courtyard space while retaining the historical character of the estate. Entrance areas were reconstructed, pedestrian movement was improved, and small parking areas were introduced.

Special attention was given to pavilions and small-scale elements integrated into the site's historic context. A multi-level lighting system was implemented to ensure the required operational conditions after dark, and the planting scheme was renewed in accordance with the need to preserve the historic landscape.
